What is the future of Responsible AI in LA? Join us for a week-long, hybrid hackathon focused on AI’s role in Tech, Healthcare, and Infrastructure while tackling key governance topics like Privacy, Sustainability, and the Future of Work.

This event is open to all, whether you’re a seasoned AI developer or just exploring no-code AI tools. Come build impactful projects, connect with industry experts, and compete for $1,000+ in prizes.

Dates

Requirements

  • Projects must align with at least one of the Responsible AI themes:

    • ​Tech Innovation & Evolving Workplaces

    • ​Sustainable Infrastructure & Green Solutions

    • ​Healthcare, Biotech & Data Privacy

    • ​Creative Industries & Ethical Content Use

  • Participants may use any AI tools, including no-code AI platforms

  • Submissions must include:

    • A short project summary detailing the problem, solution, and AI approach.

    • A GitHub repository or live demo link.

    • A three-minute demo video pitching the project and giving a demo (< 3 minutes).

 

  • Teams must be formed and submitted by April 16th 11:59 PM

  • All submissions are due by April 18th 11:45 PM PST, before the final judging

Sentient Chat Agent Challenge Winner ($500)
$500 in cash

The team that builds the best Sentient Chat Agent as part of their submission to one of the four tracks of the SAIRS hackathon will win $500 in cash.

Selected teams that build sentient chat agents will also be given fast tracked application status for the Sentient Builder Program - currently distributing $1,000,000 in builder resources - and selected agents may be featured on Sentient Chat which currently has a 1.8 Million user waitlist.
